Margin that moves at midnight, quietly
Derivatives desks post and recall collateral all day and all night. On a public chain, every margin call becomes a public signal of stress. Deploier lets the call, the collateral and the counterparty stay between the two desks while the transfer itself is final and verifiable.
Confidential collateral at derivatives speed
Post or recall collateral on Robinhood Chain at any hour while the size of the call and the desks involved stay off the public record.

A margin call as a private settlement
1. Exposure moves
A bilateral position swings and the in-the-money desk computes the margin due.
2. Call proposed
The receiving desk proposes a settlement: the counterparty delivers 400,000 USDG, the proposer delivers nothing but a receipt leg.
3. Accepted and stamped
The posting desk signs acceptance. The tape shows a settled commitment at a given block and nothing more.
4. Recall later
When exposure falls, the reverse settlement returns the collateral the same way.

Ready to try it?
Run this flow with two wallets on the practice desk.
Where it fits:
- Bilateral swaps and options. Two professional counterparties exchanging variation margin directly, with a verifiable record each can show its own risk team.
- Venue margin accounts. A trading venue collecting margin from members without broadcasting which member just topped up.
“A market needs two things from a settlement: proof that it happened, and silence about what happened. We keep the first public and the second with the parties.”
